We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Balogun Market, Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mon – Sat, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inquiries to all online and offline customers.
• Attend to walk-in customers with their purchases.
• Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.
• Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.
• Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and send company account details for payment.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Candidates must live within Lagos Island and its environs (candidates far from the job location won’t be considered).

Salary
N120,000 per month.
