Job Description

  • Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit Sales Representatives in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Benin City to support our growing market presence across the South-South and South-West regions.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or medical diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IVD products, medical equipment, and reagents within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions where required.
  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Ensure effective customer follow-up, satisfaction, and account management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in the IVD or medical diagnostics industry.
  • Must reside in or be based in Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Benin City.
  • Knowledge of laboratory products, medical equipment, and reagents is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
