Garki Hospital Abuja is an indigenous Organisation providing health care services within the Abuja metropolis and environs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, preferably membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), or an equivalent recognised professional body.
  • 10–13 years of relevant post-professional qualification experiencein accounting, financial management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, treasury management, account reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:
Candidates for this position must demonstrate:

  • High ethical standards, integrity, confidentiality, and professional independence.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
