They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content, including posts, captions, short videos, reels, and stories.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Edit videos and produce creative visual content tailored to different platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with online communities.
- Track social media performance and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products, services, campaigns, and company activities.
- Recommend innovative strategies to increase followers, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or any other related discipline
- A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
- Ability to develop creative, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Graphic design skills will be an added advantage, particularly proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or links to previously create.
Salary
N250,000 - N280,000 monthly.
