Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate Properties Sales)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female and male Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate property sales.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, generating quality leads, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja real estate markets.
• This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about closing deals and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and site visits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand property trends in Lagos.
• Present, promote, and sell the company’s properties and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, features, availability, and financing options.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate property viewings and site inspections to showcase value and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lagos and Abuja property markets, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the real estate industry, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Sound knowledge of the Lagos and Abuja real estate market, including key locations, property values, and trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be within the age bracket of 25–35 years and possess a valid driver’s license.
