Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s engineering solutions. The role involves marketing our flow and level automation solutions, fuelling systems, pumps, dispensers, and related products and services to prospective and existing clients across various industries. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining Sector, and other related sectors. Salary: Negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue goals as defined in the business plan.
• Generate and close leads by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and finalizing deals to achieve sales targets.
• Track key sales metrics, analyse performance, and prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
• Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication, align sales strategies with business objectives, and provide comprehensive support for customer needs and service delivery.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure strategic marketing awareness and marketing initiatives across the region.
• Develop initiatives to push sales and product awareness of the company’s products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitors’ activities, and look for new business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility, network, and generate leads.
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents, near-misses, and accidents.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience in the oil and gas, mining sector, or B2B sales.
• An existing customer base in the relevant industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel around Northern Nigeria 40% of the time.
• Very good knowledge of the Northern region.
• Must reside in Abuja.
• Good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety.
